Association: the sol foundry Jurisdiction: Private Membership Association
- Nature of the Invitation I acknowledge that I am entering the private jurisdiction of the Association as an invited guest. I understand that this is not a public “session” and is not open to the “general public.” I am here in my private capacity as a “Seeker” of information, community, and personal growth.
- Constitutional Sovereignty I understand that this Association operates under the protections of the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution (or relevant private contract law). I agree that the relationship between myself and the Association is a private matter, governed by this Accord and the Association’s founding principles.
- The Seal of Confidentiality I agree that what is “Witnessed” or spoken within these walls stays within these walls. To protect the Identity Architecture of all present, I will not record, photograph, or disclose the private affairs, identities, or stories shared during this gathering without express written consent from the Trustee.
- No Agency Relationship I explicitly state that I am not an agent for any local, state, or federal regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or medical board. I am not here to conduct an inspection or investigation.
- Responsibility for “Biological Friction” I take full responsibility for my own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I understand that the Association provides educational and somatic tools (such as “Womb Awakening” or “Psoas Release”) and that I am the final architect of my own health. I release the Association from any liability regarding my personal transformation process.
- The Threshold Vow I agree to honor the “Vibe” of the Sanctuary. I will respect the Wolf Fence boundaries set by the Identity Architect and will engage with others from a place of sovereignty and mutual respect.
